Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate the graduation process for Research Postgraduate (RPG) students, including graduation audit and thesis defense management.
  2. Record and manage postgraduate students' further study and employment matters.
  3. Responsible for documenting and reporting program outcomes, and program promotion (including official WeChat account operation, webpage maintenance, manual compilation, PPT creation, etc.).
  4. Handle comprehensive in-program affairs, including student support, event planning and execution, meeting organization and administrative reception, document and report drafting, and financial follow-up.
  5. Liaise and collaborate with the Registry Office, Graduate School, and other relevant university departments to ensure smooth operations.
  6. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Master’s degree or above, preferably with at least 3 years relevant working experience.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

4. Strong sense of responsibility and initiative.

5. Proactive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

6. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the rank of Executive Assistant.

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

4. 處理項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)綜合行政事務(wù),涵蓋學(xué)生支持、活動(dòng)策劃與執(zhí)行、會(huì)議組織與行政接待、材料及報(bào)告撰寫(xiě)、財(cái)務(wù)事務(wù)跟進(jìn)等。

5. 與教務(wù)處、研究生院及校內(nèi)其他相關(guān)部門(mén)保持聯(lián)絡(luò)與協(xié)作,確保各項(xiàng)工作順利推進(jìn)。

6. 完成上級(jí)交辦的其他相關(guān)工作。

崗位要求:

  1. 大學(xué)本科或以上學(xué)歷,至少有三年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者。
  2. 具備優(yōu)秀的溝通能力及人際交往技巧。
  3. 中英文書(shū)寫(xiě)及口語(yǔ)流利,熟練掌握微軟辦公軟件(Word, Excel, PowerPoint 等)。
  4. 責(zé)任心強(qiáng),工作積極主動(dòng)。
  5. 處事積極,既能獨(dú)立工作,又具備良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
  6. 經(jīng)驗(yàn)較少者可考慮聘任為行政助理崗位。
