Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage and implement the OECD Teaching and Learning International Survey Plus (TALIS+) project, including data collection, data analysis, and research report writing.
2. Participate in institute research projects on topics including artificial intelligence and basic education reform, general education for seamless transition between secondary and tertiary education, and evaluation of senior secondary education development.
3. Perform other duties assigned by the institute director.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. PhD degree in Education or above.
2. At least 2 years of full-time research experience with a proven track record in relevant fields (e.g., academic papers, research reports, or project outputs).
3. Excellent writing skills in Chinese; proficient in written and spoken English.
4. Strong academic motivation, high sense of responsibility, and good communication and coordination skills.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

1.負(fù)責(zé)經(jīng)濟(jì)合作與發(fā)展組織（OECD）教師教學(xué)國(guó)際調(diào)查+（TALIS+）項(xiàng)目的執(zhí)行與管理，包括數(shù)據(jù)收集、分析以及撰寫(xiě)調(diào)查報(bào)告。
2.參與研究所在人工智能與基礎(chǔ)教育變革、“大中銜接”通識(shí)教育、高中教育發(fā)展評(píng)價(jià)研究等課題研究工作。
3.其它由所長(zhǎng)安排的工作。
崗位要求：
1.教育學(xué)博士及以上學(xué)歷。
2.至少2年全職研究工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并有相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究成果（如學(xué)術(shù)論文、研究報(bào)告或項(xiàng)目成果）。
3.扎實(shí)的中文寫(xiě)作功底，兼?zhèn)鋬?yōu)秀的英文寫(xiě)作及口頭表達(dá)能力。
4.強(qiáng)烈的專(zhuān)業(yè)追求意識(shí)，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，良好的溝通與協(xié)調(diào)能力。
